1. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Compliance
News Speak India respects the intellectual property rights of others. We expect our users and contributors to do the same. 4. Counter-Notice Procedures
If you believe that material you posted on News Speak India was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a Counter-Notice with us.
Your Counter-Notice must include:

5. Repeat Infringer Policy
News Speak India does not tolerate repeated copyright infringement.

Strike One: We remove the content and issue a warning to the user/author.

Strike Two: We suspend the user’s ability to post content for 30 days.

Strike Three: We permanently terminate the user’s account and ban them from the website.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts immediately for severe violations without prior notice.
6. Grievance Redressal Mechanism (For Indian Users)
In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, we have appointed a Grievance Officer to handle concerns regarding copyright, content violations, or other legal issues.
